If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the best, purest ingredients in all of our products. Please visit our website oftenfor updates on new products.

Shipping:  All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days upon receipt of order. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 5-10 business days upon receipt of order.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been in packed or staged for shipping.

Returns:  You may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff have authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions at info@lebeurreshop.com in regards to returning an item.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or defective products may be returned to after contacting info@lebeurreshop.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product and we will contact you as to how to return your product and receive a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
